Is a down payment Required?

Whether a down payment is required depends on the trade-in value, if any, and the amount for which you are approved. If the price of the chosen vehicle exceeds the combination of the approved amount and the trade-in value, a down payment will be required. If the amount owed exceeds the value of your trade-in there will be a down payment.

What if the average price is greater than the approved amount?

If the average price is greater than the approved amount, you can change your selection of vehicle to accommodate your approved amount or increase your down payment. It is recommended that the average price is close to your approved amount. You can search anytime for a vehicle that fits your approved amount.

Do I have to remove vehicles one at a time?

If you want to filter by color, that can automatically remove any vehicles with the color you do not want. The Series and Style selection can also filter and you can play with that and see average prices. If you have filtered down to your available vehicles, then Yes, you will need to remove each vehicle that you do not want to be in your auction.

Can I search for other vehicles?

Yes, the search bar at the top can allow you to play with different vehicles that are available and will let you know the average prices to guide your price range and choices.

What if I remove a vehicle and want it back?

You can go to that vehicle square, and click the REMOVE button. Click the ADD button and it will return the vehicle to your auction inventory pool.

Can I change my down payment amount?

Yes, there may be a required min downpayment that is in the downpayment box, you can place an increased amount. If there is no required amount, it will allow you to place any amount you would like as a down payment.

Will the dealers know who I am?

No, all consumers remain anonymous until you sign your final Purchase Order, then the dealer will see your deal with them and reach out to contact you. You may also reach out to the dealer at that point.

How do I know how much my payment will be?

You can go to your financial institution calculator, or use the BidWizer calculator to play with different amounts with your approved APR (Annual Percentage Rate) input as well. You can see your payment on the final 3 POs confirm it on the final PO and your credit union will confirm the final month payment with you as well.

My payment is different than what my PO says, what can I do?

BidWizer has estimated your payment as close as possible on your Purchase Orders. You will confirm your final payment on your Financial Institution loan documents.

What if I do not know what vehicle, car, or truck I want?

You can shop by style, and by brand. Don't worry, you can change any style car when you get to the inventory pool screen.

I know what vehicle I want, where do I go?

You can go straight to inventory by clicking on Let's Find Your Vehicle.

I can't go back what do I do?

Sometimes systems can have issues, Please refresh screen at the top of your screen, on the left side of your address bar and see if that resolves it. If not, and you cannot go back, you can always start where you left off by refreshing the browser.

Where can I shop for vehicles?

You can search for any vehicle in the search bar and change any filters, year, make, models, series, colors and performance filters. Shop on our vehicle search for those cars you want to consider to be included in your auction, remove or add back in those cars to move into an auction.

Why can I not shop in my State?

All States that have inventory available from Dealers in our System will be by radius or State as displayed. If your State does not appear, we have not launched our product there at this time. Watch for our expansion into additional States.

Why can I not find the year of the vehicle I want?

It may not be available at any dealership's inventory at this time, but we are constantly adding new dealers every day. Please try and find another year, series, or model that you would consider. You can also try back in a few days to see new inventory.

Why can I not find the model I want?

Yes, It may not be available at any dealership's inventory at this time, but we are constantly adding new dealers every day. Please try and find another year, series, or model that you would consider. You can also try back in a few days to see new inventory.

Why can I not find the car I am looking for?

It may not be available at any dealership's inventory at this time, but we are constantly adding new dealers every day. Please try and find another year, series, or model that you would consider. You can also try back in a few days to see new inventory.

Is a down payment required?

A down payment is required if the trade-in value and approved amount don’t cover the vehicle price. If you owe more than the trade-in value, a down payment is also necessary.

What if the price is higher than my approved amount?

If the price is over your approved amount, you can either choose a different vehicle or increase your down payment. You can search for vehicles within your budget at any time.

Do I have to remove vehicles one at a time?

If you’re filtering by color, series, or style, it will automatically remove vehicles that don’t match your choices. Once filtered, you’ll need to manually remove any additional vehicles from your auction.

Can I search for other vehicles?

Yes, use the search bar to explore different vehicles, check average prices, and find options within your price range.

What if I remove a vehicle and want it back?

Simply go to the vehicle’s section, click "REMOVE" then "ADD" to put it back in your auction pool.

Can I change my down payment amount?

Yes, you can increase your down payment amount. If there’s a minimum required down payment, it will be shown in the down payment box.

Will the dealers know who I am?

No, your identity remains anonymous until you sign the final Purchase Order. At that point, the dealer can contact you, or you can reach out to them.

How do I know what my payment will be?

Use the BidWizer calculator or your financial institution’s calculator to estimate your payment. You’ll also see an estimated payment during the auction and your final 3 Purchase Orders that you are able to choose from and confirm with your credit union.

My payment doesn’t match my Purchase Order. What should I do?

BidWizer provides an estimate, but your final payment will be confirmed in your loan documents with your financial institution.

What if I don’t know which car I want?

Browse by style and brand, and change options when you reach the inventory pool screen.

I know which vehicle I want. Where do I start?

Go straight to inventory by clicking "Let's Find Your Vehicle."

I can’t go back—what should I do?

Refresh the page using the button at the top of your screen. If that doesn’t work, refreshing your browser will let you continue from where you left off.

Where can I shop for vehicles?

Use the search bar to explore vehicles by make, model, year, color, and other filters. Add or remove cars to create your auction pool.

Why can’t I shop in my state?

If your state doesn’t appear, it means we haven’t launched there yet. Stay tuned for expansion updates!

Why can’t I find the year I want?

The year of vehicle you want may not be available in current dealer inventories. We’re adding new dealers daily, so check back soon or consider similar years or models.

Why can’t I find the model I want?

Your chosen model might not be available right now. We are regularly add new dealers and inventory, so check back soon or explore similar options. Each night our system refreshes and receives all of the inventory that the dealership has. So checkback often.

Why can’t I find the car I’m looking for?

If it’s not in current inventories, try checking back later or consider other years, models, or series as we add more dealers daily.
