The clock resets to 20 seconds each time a dealer places a bid. It will continue resetting until no more bids are placed, at which point the clock runs out, and the lowest bid wins.

• One vehicle might be a preferred color.
• Some dealerships may have higher or lower fees.
• Each vehicle may have slightly different features you might prefer.

"PO" stands for "Purchase Order." or “Bill of Sale” it will have all of the pertinent information in it that pertains.
