How do I know if I am buying from a reputable Seller/Dealer?

We rate all of the Franchise Dealer s and Select Independents from consumer feedback.  Our dealers have agreed to BidWIzer Terms and Conditions and are all Very Reputable Dealers.

Customer calls. Complains that the car he bought is not in the condition as promised. What does the member do if he is not happy?

Follow the return policy guidelines herein which refers Consumer to call our email Customer Support, and the consumer can also call the 800 number and we will follow our procedures for return to the dealer.

Can I get the price adjusted for the vehicle?

The price cannot be adjusted except by the dealer.  Please refer to the 800-920-6912 procedure for pricing and return issues.

Credit Union Member Vehicle Return Policy

If the condition of a member’s Pre-Ownedvehicle is materially different from the condition of the vehicle asrepresented by the dealer, or, if when the member took delivery of the vehicle,there existed a condition that materially and detrimentally affected theoperation of the vehicle, the member may be able to return the vehicle.  In order to do so, the member must contact usat 800-920-6912 (Monday-Saturday 8 am-10 pm ET) within seven (7)days of the member’s receipt of the vehicle. The member cannot have driven the vehicle more than two hundred (200)miles from the date of its delivery.

What should I expect after I sign the Purchase Order on BidWizer?

Your financial institution will contact you for your loan documentation.  The dealer will also begin their selling process with you as well.  No car will be shipped until payment is received by the dealer from your financial institution.  Finalize  your  loan documentation at your earliest convenience to ensure all goes smooth and quickly for you to receive your vehicle.

What is the Consumer Vehicle Return Policy ?

You can return your pre-owned vehicle within seven days if you have not driven it 200 miles and one of the following exists:

1. The condition of your Pre-Owned vehicle is materially different from the condition of the vehicle as represented by the dealer.

2. When you took delivery of the vehicle, there existed a condition that materially and detrimentally affected the operation of the vehicle.

3. Contact us at 800-920-6912 (Monday-Saturday 8 am-10 pm ET)
