Does BidWizer ship the vehicle?

BidWizer works with the Dealer to arrange shipping, we do handle the shipping of your vehicle direct to your home, office or designated location through our shipping company; Acertus.

Can you tell me when I can expect to receive my vehicle?

Once your financial institution pays the dealer, your shipping ticket will be ordered. The shipping company will be in touch with you via email to announce the shipment and the timeframe for the delivery.

Who will be contacting me to finalize plans for planning the date/time of vehicle shipment?

Acertus is our shipping company and will be in contact with you throughout the process to keep you informed.

What if I haven't heard from anyone about my delivery?

Contact BidWizer and we will get an answer for you. Call the 800 number and/or email Customer Support.

What if I want my vehicle delivered to a different address than the one on my Purchase Order? Can I do that?

Yes, you can edit your delivery address on the final Purchase Order. If it you have already signed the final Purchase Order,  you can contact the new or used car manager (whether your car was new or used) at the dealer directly for this update. The contact manager name, email and phone number are on the final Purchase Order that you signed.
